Return & Store Policy

Item doesn’t fit? No worries! To start a return, please reach out to our customer service team at contact@stitchedheartapparel.com.

All returns must be scanned by the mail carrier within 10 days from the delivery date. Items returned after this period will not be eligible for a refund. Returns will not be accepted if items are damaged, have odors, markings, or have been washed. Items must be returned with original tags attached. The business will cover the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, with the original shipping cost deducted.

Items cannot be put on hold under any circumstances. Orders cannot be canceled once processed through our system. To cancel an order, it must be done within one hour of purchase.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been scanned by the mail carrier. Tracking information will be sent to the email attached to your order. If a package is lost, a claim will be filed, and only store credit will be issued.
